The Mobility Map is a general educational mobility-assessment and lead-generation tool. It does not diagnose injuries, treat, cure, fix posture, prevent injury, or guarantee any range-of-motion outcome. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have sharp pain, numbness, tingling, recent surgery, or another serious medical concern, seek appropriate professional advice before beginning a new movement program.
Safety routing
If your answers to the safety-check questions indicate a possible risk factor, you will be routed to a 'Start With the Right Support' result instead of an automated paid-product recommendation. This routing is a precaution, not a diagnosis.
